Rough Etiquette golf apparel and accessories are made to order. Production and shipping are separate stages. Production and transit times vary by item, fulfillment partner and destination. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Items in the same order may be produced by different partners and arrive in separate shipments. Availability, holidays and order size can affect timing.

Standard U.S. shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges vary by item, fulfillment partner, and destination. Final shipping costs and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Returns, replacements and refunds

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact Hello@RoughEtiquette.com as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the item and the problem. Eligible issues qualify for a free replacement or refund after review. You do not need to return a damaged item.

Delivery problems

Contact us promptly if tracking stalls or a package cannot be located. Confirm your delivery details and check with your local post office. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details are reviewed individually; replacement shipping charges may apply.
