Which T-shirt do you use?
Our current tees are printed on the Comfort Colors 1717, a relaxed unisex T-shirt made from heavyweight, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton. Find the measurements and fabric details in our size guide.
How do I choose a color and size?
Choose the available options on the product page, then check the item details in your bag before checkout. Options and sizing vary by item. Use each product’s size information; our T-shirt size guide covers Comfort Colors 1717 tees.
Are the products made to order?
Yes. Our golf apparel and accessories are made to order. Production and shipping are separate stages, and production and transit times vary by item and fulfillment partner. Items in one order may arrive in separate shipments. Check Shipping & Returns and the delivery information at checkout before ordering.
What do the product images show?
Product pages include product mockups and styled previews. Check the product description and selected options for the item you are ordering. Screens, lighting and production methods can affect how colors appear. Minor differences in print or embroidery placement and appearance can occur.
How do I care for my item?
Follow the product-specific care information on the product page and any label or instructions supplied with your item. For Comfort Colors 1717 tees: wash cold, up to 30°C / 90°F; do not bleach; tumble dry on low heat; iron or steam with low heat; do not dry clean.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color ordered incorrectly. Report damage, manufacturing faults or incorrect items within 30 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. Eligible issues qualify for a free replacement or refund after review. See our full Shipping & Returns policy.

Is there a first-order offer?
Join the club through the email signup form to get CLUB15 for 15% off your first order. Confirm your subscription if prompted, and use the same email address at checkout. First orders only; one use per customer. Cannot be combined with other discount codes.
How much is shipping?
Free standard U.S. shipping applies to orders of $70 or more after discounts and before taxes, across all product categories. Below $70, shipping charges vary by item, fulfillment partner and destination. The final charge appears at checkout. See Shipping & Returns.
How can I get help with an order?
Email Hello@RoughEtiquette.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. If an item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, include clear photos so we can review it.
